Production Process

                              Step 1

Once the order is placed and the photos received, our designers and artists will then begin sculpting the figurine capturing the looks and expressions in the picture. The eyes, lips and every distinguishing characteristic are carefully and preciously kneaded to achieve optimal resemblance. The figurine then proceeds to a series of heating processes.

  Step 2

The head portion, body, and background are then assembled and put through several quality inspections to ensure that all parts are secure and free of defects.  Any discovery of defects will result in the rejection of that figurine and the entire process will then be repeated.    

Once the figurine has successfully passed the inspections, it is then prepared for delivery and can be picked up from our distribution outlets of your choice.
